Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At Cuban Candle & Engrave, every order is handcrafted with care by Nory herself. Because our candles and engravings are made in small batches, please allow a little extra time — good things are worth the wait!

Processing Time


All orders are processed within 7-15 days. Custom or engraved orders may require up to 30 days before shipment. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery (Tampa Bay Area)


We offer free local delivery on orders over $50 within our delivery zone. Local orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after processing. We'll reach out to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Shipping (Outside Tampa)


There are orders that can not be shipped due to fragility but, we ship across the continental United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, especially during holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive. Because our products are handmade and many are custom or personalized, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items


If you are not fully satisfied with a non-customized item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Engraved Items


All custom and engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any item personalized with a name, date, message, or custom design. We encourage you to double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at NoryCandleArtist@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
